CSIMQ policy regarding the use of the Generative Artificial Intelligence tools (GAIt)

1. GAIt-produced text, tables, graphics, or other material should not be used in the main body of the manuscript.
2. If GAIt-produced material has been used during the research, then (a) the fact of usage of GAIt has to be clearly indicated in the manuscript; (b) The GAIt-produced material can be placed either in the appendices of the manuscript (with font size 2-4 points smaller than for the body text) or in cloud storage (e.g., GitHub); and (c) Each GAIt-produced component should be accompanied by the following reference (the number of references equals the number of prompts used):

[AIi] Name of the tools used, Prompt used, Reference(s) to the input material, date of prompting (e.g., June 15, 2026)
