Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

Only work that has not been previously published, and is not under the review elsewhere can be submitted. The preferred length of the paper is 7 to 25 pages.

We do not require that the submission is formated in CSIMQ style. However the style guide and template are provided below. Following these guidelines will make the editing process shorter and easier. The mandatory requirements are: page - A4, format - .pdf (for the initial submission, source files will be requested for the accepted publications), and references according to academic standards.

Manuscripts should be submitted to CSIMQ via Online Submission link: https://csimq-journals.rtu.lv/about/submissions#onlineSubmissions

Submission is opened and the review process is run continuously. No charges are collected by the CSIMQ publisher or editorial team.

The journal publishes it issues in March/April; June/July; September/October; December/January.

Authors targeting a specific issue of the journal are adviced to submit their contributions at least 4 months prior to the publication date of the issue.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1.a.The manuscript has not been previously published, and is not under the review in another journal. In case of extended papers, it has at least 30% novelty.
1.b. The authors have provided their institutional e-mail addresses.
The manuscript is in the .pdf format (this requirement holds for the initial submission, source files will also be requested for the accepted articles).
The references adhere to academic standards.
